Already have a legitimate public listing? Send us the link. We can use it as a reference and prepare the Our Crew Room listing for your approval.
You do not need to work in aviation. Property owners, property managers, authorized leaseholders, realtors, and furnished-housing operators are welcome.

Start with the short form. In your email, share:
- Property type and general location
- Nearest airport and typical commute
- Rate, availability, and stay terms
- Amenities and house rules
- Photos you own or have the right to use
- An existing public listing link, when available
We will prepare the listing draft, send it to you for approval, and guide you through the private verification process. Nothing is published until the listing is approved.

Who qualifies?
The offer is for the first 10 eligible CLT hosts whose listings complete host identity and property/listing review and are approved and activated. One Founding Host award is available per host. Applications do not reserve a spot.
When does the complimentary year begin?
The 12-month period begins when the approved founding listing becomes active—not when you apply, pay a verification fee, or start verification.
Is every property free for 12 months?
The offer includes one complimentary approved listing per host. Additional listings use standard pricing: $99 per listing for one year, with no automatic renewal. Host identity verification costs $3 per attempt; resuming the same verification session costs nothing extra.
Does Our Crew Room take a booking commission?
Our Crew Room charges 0% booking commission during the founding year. Host verification fees and third-party payment-processing fees are separate.
What do the badges mean?
The Founding Host badge recognizes an early CLT housing partner. The Verified Host badge means the required identity, address, right-to-list, and real-photo reviews were completed and are current. Neither is a guarantee of safety, property quality, bookings, or occupancy.
What happens after the complimentary year?
You may renew at $99 per listing for another year. Renewal is not automatic. An expired listing is immediately removed from public view, retained privately for 30 days, and then deleted if it has not been renewed.
Can Our Crew Room build the listing?
Yes. Send property information or an existing public listing link, confirm authorization and photo rights, and let Our Crew prepare the draft. We ask you to approve it before anything goes live.
